FlowGrowth ("we," "us," or "our") provides an Autonomous Marketing Department platform. This policy outlines how we handle data when you use FlowGrowth.

2. Information We Collect

Initial Engagement: Name, email, and website URL.

Service Onboarding: Upon full launch, we collect company name, phone, brand guidelines, sample ad creative, and other information required to function as the company's outsourced marketing department.

Advertising Credentials: We collect and store encrypted API tokens for third-party platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok).

3. Data Processing & AI Infrastructure

API-First Processing: We utilize third-party AI models via API (Application Programming Interface). Unlike consumer-facing AI interfaces, our use of APIs ensures that your proprietary business data and brand guidelines are not used to train the public models of our AI service providers, where such protections are available by default.

Third-Party Sub-processors: We share necessary data with Supabase (Data Storage), Railway/Netlify (Hosting), and Resend (Transactional Emails).

Payments: All financial transactions are handled by Gumroad. We never store or see your credit card details.

4. Tracking & Cookies

Our website uses tracking pixels and cookies (Meta, Google Analytics, TikTok, LinkedIn) to understand site traffic and optimize our marketing.

5. Your Rights

Regardless of jurisdiction, users may request the deletion of their data by emailing support@flowgrowth.ai.
